Endorsing Joe Biden for President

This year marks the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day, and we wanted to look ahead at what is necessary to protect our future.

In the past few weeks, COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on communities, families and small businesses. Similar to the climate crisis, the effects of this pandemic worsened as government officials ignored science.

We need to elect a leader who believes science and listens to experts. The November election is about more than winning back the White House. With 10 years left to act on the climate crisis, this election will decide if we will make the changes needed in our economy and infrastructure in time. We can’t protect our earth with Donald Trump in office.

That’s why we are endorsing Joe Biden for president.

Right now, families and communities are paying the price of having a president who refuses to believe in science and the advice of experts and has managed to prioritize the well-being of polluters and corporations over public health.
